We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for a particular purpose. Clients use our services at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Melsson Technology will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
